ZIPPER

Zipper started coming out in October of 2006.  He had previously accomplished Junior Hunter status and came into the field with me prooving just that.  He pointed the first bird he came to and was not afraid of gunshot.  We went on to shoot a couple birds over him and like any good wirehair retrieved them to hand.  We are working on steadying him to wing and shot and instructing the owner on some basic handling.  If Zipper continues and his owner is up for it we might see him running in a couple Senior tests this season.
