LILLY

Lilly started coming out fall of 2004.

We met at a hunt test last year and she scented a bird, chased and retrieved it.  I am still looking for those pics which might have been lost with the lightning hit this summer.  Here are some from a few weeks ago when we turned her lights back on.  Now she has picked up 2 JH legs in Jedburg.  Pics on hunt test page.

She is not broke to the shot but does some backing and retrieves well.  As soon as she finishes her JH in Dec she will start advancing to the Senior Level.

Weimaraners tend to be counter surfers......This is the result of navy blue decorator frosting.  What came later that night was not as pretty.

Besides eating frosting during her stay in November 2005 she improved quite a bit on her retrieving.  She would always go and pick it up but did not want to bring it to you and then would bite down not letting go.  She now will come and give willingly.

In January and February after finishing her JH in Dec.  She has been progressing toward her SH status.  Her backing has been very good stopping and planting her feet sometimes as far as 60 yards out.
